Customer Reviews
cinnamon oatmeal cookies hit the spot, mostly
i was curious about the cookie diet so i ordered a box of their cinnamon oatmeal cookies to try out. shipping was pretty quick, got them in a few days. they tasted pretty good, honestly better than i expected for a diet cookie, and i like that they have a maintenance plan too. i did notice the website mentioned codes are for checkout and can't be combined with subscription discounts, which is fair. the only small thing is i wish the shelf life was a little clearer on the packaging itself, but it's not a huge deal.
Decent cookies, delivery was slow
I ordered the 3 Week Supply of Butterscotch Cookies during their big sale last week. The cookies themselves are pretty tasty and helped me stay on track, but my order took almost two weeks to arrive which was a bit frustrating. I wish delivery was faster, especially since you can't change flavors after you order.
Loved the Variety Pack!
Got the Variety Pack a little while ago and I loved trying all the flavors! The Cinnamon Oatmeal and Lemon Cookies were my favorites. It was so great to find some that I really liked, and they totally helped with the hunger. I'm definitely ordering another batch soon, maybe a Bulk Cookie Box this time!
Cookies and shipping were good
I ordered a 1 Week Supply of the Chocolate Brownie Cookies. They tasted pretty good, actually. Shipping was fast, got them in like 3 days. Overall, a smooth experience.
Decent value, but delivery took a while
I purchased the 2 Week Supply, mainly the Butterscotch Cookies. They were alright, not amazing but definitely edible and helped with hunger. The price seemed fair for what you get, especially with a bundle. My only real complaint was the shipping time; it took 7 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long compared to other online orders I've made. The packaging was good, though, everything arrived intact. I'd probably order again, but I'd just expect a bit of a wait.
Good product, helpful customer service
I decided to try the 1 Month Supply after hearing about the diet. I chose mostly Chocolate Chip Cookies, which arrived well-packaged and within five business days, shipping to my address in Phoenix. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. I had a question about the subscription service after placing my order, so I contacted customer support through their chat feature. They responded within minutes and clarified everything for me about changing flavors later on. The cookies themselves are surprisingly filling, and I found the Chocolate Chip to be quite palatable for a meal replacement. It's a convenient way to manage calorie intake without much fuss.

What if I order a flavor and hate it? Can I change my mind or return it?
I'm weighing this against Nutrisystem. Anyone have thoughts on Cookie Diet vs. Nutrisystem? Price or effectiveness wise?
hey, anyone know if they ship to like, Canada? or is it just US based?
is there like, a first-time buyer discount code anywhere? or just gotta wait for sales?
Can you use more than one coupon code? Like, if I have a 10% off and then found another one, can I use both?
